NOTOsoft’s slogan stands for the process web design should be and is with NOTOsoft. A good website must first take plain content and develop it into something else, something useful, effective, and interactive. Then the website must be built to those specifications and goals without loosing any innovation or content. If these first steps are successful, a complete and worthy website is born.

Our Beginnings

The NOTOsoft team was founded in 2008 by Craig Metrolis, Programmer and Computer Engineer, and Andy Coates, Graphic Designer. While meeting in college at the University of North Texas, Craig and Andy shared a passion to produce work above what was called for, regardless if the work was in websites, game development, or another field. They formed NOTOsoft Web Designs Inc. after college in order to create truly functional, appealing, and lasting websites. Something they both felt was lacking over the majority of the world wide web.

NOTOsoft Web Designs is about thorough website development. We pride ourselves on creating websites for our clients at the highest levels of design, interactivity, and programming. The Internet brings a variety of different challenges to the table, but NOTOsoft creates successful and stable websites by using the standards of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). W3C provides the necessary material for NOTOsoft to use so future changes to major internet browsers and servers will not negatively affect a client’s website. We emphasize this main aspect above all others.

NOTO what?

Our name comes from the Greek word "notos", meaning south. This describes two concepts that we pride ourselves on. The artistic, architectural, and adept skills of the Greeks inspired us to do the same in our business. And, being a company founded in Dallas, Texas, NOTOsoft stands for "Southern Software."
